The following keynote speakers are confirmed for DHCS 2009:
- Dr. Stephen Wolfram, founder and CEO of Wolfram Research, creator of Mathematica and Wolfram|Alpha, and author of A New Kind of Science.
- Prof. Vasant Honavar, director of the Center for Computational Intelligence, Learning, & Discovery at Iowa State University.
- Prof. Roger Dannenberg, trumpeter, composer, and computer scientist, from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science and School of Art.
