Information for Presenters at DHCS 2009

Presentations

Research talks will be of 20 minutes duration, with 10 minutes scheduled for questions and discussion.

A laptop and projector will be set up for slides; please let us know if you need any special A/V equipment.  To save time, please email your slides (PDF or PPT) ahead of time to dhcs2009-AT-iit-DOT-edu or bring them on a USB key to transfer to the conference laptop.  Also, we would like to make all slides publically available after the conference - please let us know if this may be a problem.


Posters

The poster session room will have tables and easels available for poster display.  The easels have an A-frame shape and will accept a poster on stiff poster board of any reasonable size.  Stand-alone posters can be placed on a table for display.


Software Demos

Power and Wifi will be available for software demos.  If you need any special equipment, such as a large screen, please let us know as soon as possible.
